Return Window
You have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sets that show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, Yorafam covers all return shipping costs. If the return is due to size or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email us at yorafamm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps. Unsure about sizing before you order? Reach out — we're happy to help you find your fit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid by Cash on Delivery.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead? Let us know when you reach out, and we'll arrange the exchange once your original item is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
