Open & Inspect Before You Pay
Your trust matters more than the sale. Every Yorafam order can be opened and inspected right in front of the delivery courier before you pay a single pound — check the color, the size, the fabric, everything. If it's not exactly what you expected, you're free to decline it on the spot, no questions asked and no obligation to pay.
